Good bye fellow chicken owners

Thank goodness I'm not the only one buying diapers and duct tape.

Well I go out in my jammies, too, but not wearin' my slippers out there - I wear my DH's old VFireDept boots, which are knee high, pull on with handles and HUGE, so ya sort of have to stomp in them because walking normal isn't possible.

I to go outside in night gown, my companion says to get dressed, it's a big t shirt and another longer robe over it. and I say why, I have more on now then alot of people do when they go down town.

Babysitting a baby goat for a friend and he was in the house due to an injury (goat) went next door to "borrow" a couple of diapers from a friend. Had problems with what to do with his tail though.

now why didn't I think of that! we've been buying bulk gauze...
wonder what size diaper a draft horse hoof takes...

although I do have to say the new patterned duct tape is fun. draft horse with a cammo hoof bandage - why you can hardly see it at all!

Love this thread! I feel normal now

I usually wear an oversized (one size fits all) sleep tee. I might stick on flip flops when I go out, and I might stick on my rubber boots.... sometimes I even put on PJ pants or shorts... Depends on what mood I am in

However, one of my neighbors happens to be almost in "spittin" distance. They are used to seeing me out in my jammies & boots at any time of the day. Turning out animals, putting them up, feeding them, whatever....

I think the neighbors are used to my morning and evening rounds in my pj's, and muck boots. I don't see anything wrong . However, last week I did wear jeans outside, and must have stood on fire ants because they were crawling up the inside of my pants-well you know how quick the pants came off!
