I wish I had a SLUG graphic cause that has been me since I've been of on thursday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We do race tonight so that will force me to at least me a slug somewhere else, lol!!! It's hot already this morning though, just turned the fan on for my chickens...and they were noisey and chatty as heck this morning..probably fussing about all those dang fireworks upsetting their sleep....buncha old women!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We'll building the coop again today, can't paint it that pretty yellow till its built.
having DD and grandkids over for cookout.
We're having chicken, hope 27 little ones don't figure out we're cooking their cousins.

Morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well we went to the track yesterday , it sprinkled on and off, Travis qualified 3rd with his helmet fogged up, not sure how he was even seeing through all that and then the bottom fell out so we cam ehome at midnight only to go back today at noon to actually race! Our whole weekend is basically tied up with the racing..hope we win!!!! Making breakkast right now and then shower and pack our stuff up, make some lunch to take with us and outta here again...later ya'll..have a great day!!!

I have a migraine,

Scrambled I hope you win your race. I know nothing about racing only been to the local track since I've been an adult maybe10 times. But many childhood memories of sitting in the family's section right near where the cars come out and the smell of burning rubber, yuk. My Uncle used to race at seekonk speedway here in Mass.when I was 4 or 5.And my best friend wants to enter the powder puff. She'd probably win she's really good with a standard.and drives very fast. And here the ladies don't go around the track very fast.
But I love the demolition derby They do it in a figure 8.All those cars smashing into each other.I always wanted to decorate a car for the derby. One time a guy had a huge stuffed Bart Simpson tied to his roof . it was so funny

Anyway today we are building the coop , again 3 walls up one more to go then roof and insulation.
Can't wait to paint it :

Sorry about the migraine..I have one in my life and I was pregrnant with Erin at the time so can't really relate but hope it's better.

We spent all day saturday at the track and only got qualifying done before the bottom fell out and we were rained out, went back yesterday at noon and got home at 9pm last night..Travis was leading the race, had been leading for several laps, had 8 to go with acomfortable lead and the motor blew, we just cried. Sooooooooooo disappointing, poor kid. On the bright side, he drives for someone else so the motor repairs are not ours and he is still leasing the points but dang we needed that win....

tired this morning and arghhhhhh, have to go to work....yuck.....have a great day ya'll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
