I'm looking forward to reading all the posts and learning more about chickens. I started with a dozen about three years ago and I've got 5 left, I lost a few to neighborhood dogs and a few to other predators. A friend will be dropping off 7 more adult layers soon and my 16 new chicks will be here May 19! I'm so excited! I can't believe how much joy I get from those chickens....

Thank you! I've never integrated chicks with adults. Only adults with other adults. I'm adding an additional hen house to the one I have to get them acquainted before I actually put them together. I'll definitely check out those pages you sent. I can never have enough info!!!
