Those is some sweet looking briskets. Nice smoke ring and all. I have some rabbit maybe we can work on sime ideas to make great smoked rabbit while we do some ribs etc.

Let me tell you about my waste line!!! Used to be proud of it now I am proud that I have such a nice one. Just made home made bread and crust for pizza. Cooked down sause with garlic and other, thinly sliced onions, peppers, squash, and more with some peperonies and sliced ham. cheese freshly shreded and its heaven. I would be belly up in front of the fan but have bread to take out here in a few.
Sent some chicks and the wicken chicken (silky roo) to whichita today. Glad to talk to Tonya sounds like a real good human. Sounds like she is going to be on top of the world with wellies. Possible combination of up to 4 blood lines to make some great Hybird vigor and a great strong stock that should have few fertility issues. I am betting she will get great dark eggs and a good bird too!

Well after a great weekend on the water, Daren is still whining about his bad sunburn-he is roasted though

This heat is so much fun to work in, no one is saying how lucky I am to be outside working in it this week or that they want my job lol-still beats working indoors!!
Mike-my friend Bobbi says thank you for the eggs-hopefully everything goes good so I will have some cheekens hatched out for her since she is starting her coop already, keep telling her not to count her cheekens before they hatch
