Good treats for baby chicks?

Warm steal cut oatmeal is going over big with my little flock right now (laced it with grit and a bit of molasses). It's in the 50s in the morning and they come RUNNING from under the EcoGlow to get the oatmeal when I put it out.

I thought it was just the skin of the avocado that was bad for them not the meat from the inside.
Nah the whole thing is poisonous to chickens as well as parrots, onions not good either and mushrooms are deadly as well

based on all the replies it looks like they can eat anything. So to be safe what should they not eat?

My chicks are 28 days old today. They love Alfalfa hay. We have alfalfa hay for the horses so I gave some fine pieces to the chicks and the loved it. They also like cabbage. But so far they don't like tomatoes, carrots or cooked corn.

Hi I am training my chick to simply jump up on my arm when a say "step up"
She has learned very quickly so I want to give her a reward any suggestions?
All of our chickens are a week and a half

OK am I the only one which sees the problem with feeding hard boiled eggs to a chicken? Wouldn't that be like someone feeding us eggs out of our wife?
Just seems kind of wrong to me.
