Good treats for ducks?

Anything I can offer them for treats? Was sitting outside with them and they were nimbling away at my clothes and hands and was thinking I would love to offer them some treats besides their reg old duck food. Thanks for any tips!

Leaf lettuce (not iceberg)
Thawed out frozen peas (this is pretty much crack for ducks)
celery tops
fresh tender zucchini
dandelion leaves
etc...

The only thing my ducks really don't like is carrots.

Mine love to shred cabbage leaves. We trim off the outside big leaves if they start shading plants next to them. Then we throw them in with the ducks, grab a beer and a chair and watch the fun... LOL
