What happened to her? As a fellow Pyr owner, I'd just like to know if it's something breed related. I lost a young pup, 6 months old, last year to a suspected genetic defect. It was heartbreaking for us.

Not exactly sure but, she was recently diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. So, the disease could have progressed. Though it happen very fast.

She was beautiful. It's not easy to lose a member of your family. We lost our 7 year old Akita a couple of summers ago. He will live forever in our hearts.
