Well her only obvious injuries were some scratches on her head that were mostly superficial, so been watching her for what would cause her to be barely breathing when I found her all sprawled out upside down. She has been ambulatory so I figured no broken bones, but I can put her in a small laundry basket and she will just stay there - so I knew something was still wrong.
Was blowing through her feathers last night looking and low and behold the front of her chest has turned an ugly purple/black color. Looks like a nasty bruise.
My thesis now is that something predator -like got a hold of her then tried to drag her over the fence and dropped her.
She is eating/drinking fine, walks around but not ever very far from the heater and her poo is normal so I don't think there is internal bleeding - she is just very, very sore.
