By making drop down lists like this you can control what exact info is in a column.
It eliminates spelling errors and typos too which can come in handy down the road.

I haven't started yet so I don't know if any are square or too small.
Don't worry...I will show you the correct entries for the column as soon as I finished the assignment and you can adjust your column accordingly.

I saved all of the pictures to my computer real quick.
Some are obvious Portrait or Landscape mode...notice the P and L I scribbled next to the pics?

See the yellow circled picture...see the dimensions of 2000 x 1334?
that means the picture is wider (2000) than it is tall (1334) which makes it LANDSCAPE.

I pretty much always shoot in landscape. Portrait is harder with my huge DSLR.
