I hatched my emu's out last spring and already have them in the freezer.

Hatched out my 1st mixed lot of ducklings and have 5 girls & 8 boys

I just wish my GEESE would lay me an egg !!!

But just when you think you look everywhere and there is no where else to look... for my Blue Cayuga duck eggs
after day 3 of no eggs when I was getting eggs ~ POOF found there nest ... Sneaky little quackers

My geese are laying 7ish eggs daily. My chickens are laying. Seeing that I eat no no goose eggs I am really waiting for the chickens to start producing!

To me goose eggs taste just like a chicken egg only comes in XX large. and boy do they make yummy cornmeal muffins.

I kinda agree ~ I think Duck & Goose eggs are actually YUMMIER than chicken !
