It´s not unusual for sisters to share a nest, but it´s not normally successful. It´s highly likely that a lot of the eggs will get cold and die. Some do have succcess, though, so you never know.
I guess I just realized that 4-month old goslings stink up their water every day. Not poop. Feed. It does not take even 24 hours to start to smell rank. I can't believe how often I am giving them fresh water.
Does anyone have a good routine? Or a method?
With my adults, they were soaking their mouthful of feed in the chicken waterer, so I moved that waterer further away, and put a pan next to the feed. So they wash in there, and it's easy to dump out at least twice a day.

I have 3 Ganders and 4 geese total 7 and I have several water tubs for them and I need to clean them out several times a day and add water at different times but it keeps me busy but I really wish I had a lake at times .....

You can get by with changing the water once a day. It doesn´t have to be sparkly clean. How big are your water tubs? I have a dozen geese separated in a large pen with 2 water tubs big enough for them to get into, and I clean them once a day. My other geese have a stream, much better, of course!
My 2 adults have a 5 foot wading pool which I empty every 2nd or 3rd day. I got a setup where I set up a hose to siphon to a small ditch that runs by 4 bushes. No wasted water there!
My 4 goslings have a livestock feeding pan. It's about 6 inches high and 16-20 inches wide. They have 2, maybe I should cut down to 1 ?
They're not big enough for the kiddie pool yet.
Merc is already out of the little glass brooder and into the large brooder on the porch. It seemed like he was too warm in the small one. The large one is about 4 x 2.5 feet so he can regulate his temps by his self. Directly under the lamp it holds about 92 and on the far end it's about 78. Hopefully the other 4 eggs will show some sign of activity by the weekend. He gets a little lonesome in the big brooder by himself.
