Hello ClukClukluke, If you have the space, Here is an example of what I built. This one pictured is actually for my chickens but I used the exact same design for my Ducks & Geese. It's large enough that if for some reason you have to keep them penned up they will still have some room to roam around. This one pictured is 40' x 12'. There's 1/2" hardware cloth covering the bottom two feet to keep out crawling critters and 1" poultry wire covers the upper portion and roof to keep out flying problems. Now it can get a little pricey if you have to buy everything, but how much do you value your animals.

I hope this helps give you some ideas, good luck. KWS
WOW!!!
That is a fantastic setup, but that is something I would build if I had more Geese. I only plan on having two for ornamental and gardening reasons

Thank you for your help, it has sparked some inspiration.
What predators do you have?

I hope it works now!

The pen above is awesome!

Yes, I went back in the house with the side of my head saturated in goose spit.
I can't let mine chew on my hair I worry they will swallow some and get it stuck in their throats, plus that hair gel doesn't look to exciting. LOL but they do like to try and rip off my shirt especially if it has buttons on it.

Hello! We just got 3 geese, 2 buff & 1 African, a while back and they are all about 3 months old. Is there an easy way to tell if they are males or females?
If you'll post some really good pics of front view and side view we know someone who can tell you, servpolice is really good at picking out goose and gander. and Welcome to the world of geese.

Hey Serv, I took this picture yesterday for you in response to your post on the embden thread.... but since I do not have any embdens, I thought it better to post here. This is my "non-dewlap" barnyard group. Most of my brown africans are hatchery quality, but my whites (which are also rare here in the states) are quite nice. I'm pretty excited to focus on hatching goslings from my whites next spring.
Just browsing through, looking for a particular post, and came across this...which reminded me, Utah, what´s happening with your whites lately? Still sitting?
