Check the feed label. Does it list either Niacin or a B vitamin? I am guessing that it is Purina chick feed? If so you really need to add Niacin since water fowl need more than chickens do. Beyond that it is always possible that the little one may have suffered some injury or oxygen deprivation during hatching that has caused this behavior. Keep a very close eye on him and if he does not improve you may have to make the decision as to what quality of life he may have if he survives.They are on purina non medicated feed but just hatched yesterday so not a feed issue yet.
