Goose & Ducks won't go in pond anymore, whats the deal?

Our 5 ducks and 4 geese quit swimming in the pond, is there something we need to look for? Like snakes, snapping turtles, large grass fish, they have been swimming in it since Jan or Feb, now its May and getting hot, but they stopped getting in 3 days ago, they use to love it, when we let them out of their night time coops, they would run to the pond, anyone have ideas???.

There is probably something in there they don’t like or trust. Maybe the animals you mentioned or possibly coons visit the pond and the ducks and geese are frightened

what kind of ducks? size? Snapping turtles tend to be a problem for my little ones but adult muscovy have no trouble handling them
