How long has it been incubating? If it's moving and it's hatch day hopefully it will make it but stinky is never a good sign.
It’s been 25 days since incubation, I’m afraid to candle it now since it should be in lock down, should I do it anyways? Also I was just literally woken up by scratching sounds coming from the egg, is the sound saying it’s about to explode or a good sign? It’s not raunchy but definitely stinky. Thank you!

Woken up by scratching noises?? I would candle. Lockdown is for 2 things, to stop turning so they can get into position for hatch (already done from the sounds of it), and to increase humidity so that once there is an external pip it will help to keep the membrane from drying out. With that tiny hole it wouldn't worry me to take it out and at this point candling might be the only way to determine if you have a gosling hatching or an egg about to explode.
