Goose limpsile swimming

My goose is free range and limps. We are unable to catch him. While swimming we have seen a black spot. worried?

If you mean you've seen a black spot on the bottom of his foot, it's likely bumblefoot. You need to catch him to treat him. Otherwise there's nothing you can do and the infection will probably eventually kill him.
