Goose panting?

I'm still a bit worried about Norbie panting...we are at the park today and his little brother isn't doing it -he had water before we came out and I have watermelon here with me too but he's panting a lot and I'm worried something is wrong...birds are known for hiding things well so I'm freaking out!

It's not even a particularly hot afternoon... Only 17 c
 
No wheezing or rasping Lydia, just lots of panting, he occasionally dribbles....it's 17c here so about 62F???

I just hope I'm over reacting
 
That's the only thing I could think of but there weren't many people are the park at the time and he's been fine when it's been a lot busier....anyway, he seems to have calmed.down a bit now anyway if that's what it is
