Goose Pen

Would y'all show me your goose pens? I don't know how tall geese are or what they need as far as accomodations.

I have a chain link kennel they are in for the night so I know they are protected. in the day geese are like cattle. They like to pasture feed - graze your lawn - and do a very good job of it too.

Exactly the same set up here, chain link dog kennel pen for night time (with a large dog house type kennel with straw for sleeping) but during the day they just wander. Surprisingly, they do not go far at all.

raccons and foxes dont come in and get your geese when they are in the dog kennel ?

We covered ours with welded wire and then covered it with other wire. So far I haven't lost a bird.
