That's what I was thinking too that he would just scrape it off on a tree sometime, but I kind of want to make sure there isn't an infection, so I'll check tonight and reassessment. ThanksI'd probably just leave it and see. Can't see where it would interfere with anything. If the goose starts having problems eating I might try to nip it off.
