Goose with Eye Lashes?

Hello everyone! I had tryed looking all over the web for this but I’ve never found anything on it so I was wondering if y’all could help. So in March we bought two goslings at our local Atwood’s one is an African and the other is a Tufted Roman (I think). But since she was really little she’s had feathers growing from her eyelids (the eyelids look curled back) I was just wondering if this is normal or if any of your geese have this. Thank y’all in advance!

It's not normal. I have a gander that has a feather that does that. It's a follicle inside the eyelid and it's not very comfortable. I pluck his to keep it from rubbing on his eye. I have to do it every time it grows back.

I'd def get rid of them. Even if it is cute.

Thank y’all so much, we usually just use tweezers on them, they are cute but it hurts her eyes when they grow in.
