Well I just got my pig. She looks bigger in the pics than she is. She is about 25 lbs.

Isn't she just cute as a button.

She is not. She is a purebred registered GOS hog.

I'll probablly bred her to a york cross in the spring and raise some of her babies to eat. But she is not for eating.

If i feel like breeding is something I want to continue with I will look for a registered boar for her.

I love the old spots. No one raises those within hundreds of miles of me unfortunately.

And I'd definitely breed it to a Hamp instead. If it were my pig.

Livinzoo, your little piggy is soooo cute. You know how the story goes. You need to have three little pigs or she will get lonely. That trick was pulled on me by my four year old son. We went to adopt one dog. Then he says, "But, but daddy, she will get lonely if we don't get her a friend!!!" What do you think happened? Yes, we have two dogs.
Your piggy is wonderful. But, she looks lonely to me......hehehehe.
