Hi.
We had 4 adult geese. Then one of the ganders started acting strange. He was shaking his head and could not honk. He was breathing through his bill instead of his nostrils. He died a few days later.
While he was acting weird, his mate hatched out two goslings. One was getting stepped on, so we removed it and brought it into the house. The other one was perfectly fine.
The one we had in the house was fine, we put a few young chicks in with it to avoid loneliness. Then he started doing the same thing his dad did, breathing through his mouth, not being able to peep. His body feels kind of limp.
I do not want this little gosling to die!!!! Any suggestions to cure this??
