Your goose is darling!! At 5 weeks, she is in peak growing mode and too early for corrective surgeries. When my guy was 5 weeks, my vet put weekly casts on his leg to provide him support and then we did the surgery at 6 months, once he finished growing. Below is a pic of my guy at 5 weeks. Those casts gave him pretty normal mobility at a point in his life where he couldn't get up from laying position without it. I can provide you contact information for my vet, if you would like.
