Gosling with Respiratory Infection Getting Worse - NyQuil?

I have never used eucalyptus oil , only vet rx. I am sure that works just fine. It sound like you are doing all you possibly can to have her survive including the syringe feedings.

erythromycin, amoxicillin can be used in chickens.
try and get some Tylan 50 injectible..most farm/feed stores have it.
and some syringes..
continue with vaporizer..
not sure about the eucalyptus..might be irritating.
Oxine can help with aspergilliosis..and/or fungal respiratory illness.

a slight wheezing/grunting sound...and her mouth seems to stay open more also....a bit of drool also.
 
I don't ever remember seeing that that antibiotic could not be used in geese. I personally have never used it since the tetracyclines tend to be bacteriostatic and not bacteriocidal. I keep Tylan on hand in case.......

Not sure, I got them prescription. I'm sure googling would reveal more available meds. It seems like chickens get over it on their own usually but it is usually deadly with ducks. It's aka brooder pneumonia.
