Goslings inhaling water

so I hatched and bought some goslings last month and they keep inhaling water I had three die because of it has anyone had this problem and how do I make them stop one of them has done it twice already and I have gotten the water out but i just don’t know why they are doing it

What is your watering setup like? Can you post a picture?

For right now, I'd provide a much shallower water dish. A deeper dish for rinsing nares only under supervision.

It's highly unlikely that goslings would inhale water unless they're immersed in it and not able to get out. It's way more likely they're dying from something else. When they rinse their heads, they may look like they're inhaling water, but they're not.

As bluemerle said, pictures of your setup might prove helpful. Also, what are you feeding them? What kind of bedding do you use? What is the temperature?
