Probably won't be long till the gobbler has to cry uncle, lol do you raise your turkeys for meat do you sell them, I'd think you'd have to do something with them can't imagine 45 turkeys running around at one time for long anyway. lolYeah I love breeding them have had 45 hatch this year and the geese are quite the bully to my muscovy so it won't be long because they have already tried having a go at the gobbler

Well she looks very content. Love that pic and good to see you back, guess your summer was busy.No eggs, but she is determined to be a mommy, lol. We have had storms and minor flooding, the goose nest flooded so she decided the chicken nest boxes looked like a good place to lay and try to start her family. The ducks also decided the same, found 2 ducks eggs in the box next to her this morning. This coming spring I will finally let her try hatching babies.

I can just see one of mine trying to fit in one of the chicken nest boxes. It would be like trying to put 50 lbs of mud in a 5 lb sack. Just would not work.
