I have water and a 4 foot seawall in my backyard. I now have 5 goslings living on the water
and are not able to get to land. My question is, can goslings survive on the water or do they need to be taken out of the water ?
They're about 2 1/2 weeks old and I built a raft on the water for them to dry off and sleep at night.
Please advise. Thanks.

Is this fresh water or salt water? If salt water, then that's really bad for them, because they need fresh water to drink. Geese are also grazing animals, so they don't eat water plants, they need to have access to land to eat grass and whatever feed you are providing for them. So, yes, they do need to have access to land, and really shouldn't be allowed on salt water at all if it is salt water because they are not sea birds.
