Why don't we have forums on here for JUST good pictures of each known breed taken at different ages?? It would help so much to have those "real" pictures tp refer to.

I LOVE Carl. That is my favourite name for a rooster, hands down. That was my first boy's name, when he passed we really missed yelling "Caaaaaaarrrrrlll" out the window at him. So now we have a Carl Jr. - From Mad TV - Lorraine.Yes! Lief does have some blue on her ears, and her tail feathers are kinda fanned and pointy like a leghorn hen. We got our girl from a very nice lady in downtown Indianapolis who rescues chickens. She put an ad on craigslist and we responded and got her last 4 hens. We also got a young Rhode Island Red (Betsy), some sort of bantam that looks exactly like a little red (Miri), and what I believe to be a White Cochin (Dolly). We also have another Rhode Island Red (We call her Little Red Hen), and two roosters that we are unsure the breed either (I'll include a picture) My family and I are fairly new to chickens and aren't entirely sure on any of the breeds really. But we love our little friends nonetheless. Thanks for the help!
This is Carl, one of our beautiful roosters. I just HAD to take a prom picture with him. (;
Beautiful pictures! That is one tolerate little man you haveHah!! Puck crowed his first crow today and has been crowing all morning!
That's adorable!I wish!! LOL!!! That is my granddaughter! Puck just decided one day that he was going to be my little man and came over and hopped on my arm while I was cleaning a small pen. Now every time he sees me come out he runs for me to pick him up . He doesn't care wether he gets treats or ust gets to settle down to sleep...he's my little man and the grandchildren had a wonderful time with him when they were all here this past summer. PS... I hadn't planned to keep him until the day he came. I had never handled him before that or tried to tame him. Now he and Pan will be permanent residents. My Silver Sebright pullet is almost as tame as he is. She had been feeling under the weather but she came to see me on the porch this am. I was happy to see her do that. My bantams have turned out to be the sweetest birds I have so far!
