Miss Lydia....I am so excited for you! I hope you enjoyed them. Did you notice ANY difference in how they turned out or peeled compared to boiling or hard cooking??

I had never heard of steaming eggs before either, so I had to try it out. Worked great in my bamboo steamer and they were some of the easiest eggs to peel, I could almost get the shell off as a single piece. Thanks for posting this Miss Lydia
