DH went out to feed our cows this morning, birds were still locked in their coop. Well he came running back in and grabbed my .243, which he forgor he unloaded. there was a coyote sunning it's self just above our calving barn. He got his .222 and got that sucker.
No birds lost but on the bad side this coyote stirred up our cows in the corral so bad that one that had calved laid down on top of her calf instead of next to the calf. Poor cow was just trying to protect it.
