Around 14 weeksLooks female to me, how old though?
Thanks. I thought it was a girl, but as I am comparing this one to another one of the same age, the feathers were different. And I just realized this one is closer to 18 weeks. Somehow I missed a month in thereMale, you can see the black neck feathers coming in pointy, and the red saddle feathers are coming in pointy too. That's a lot of comb/wattle for 14 weeks. Girls may get a larger than average comb but they wouldn't have matching wattle development like that until much closer to laying age.
