getting them some greens soon is fine, just so long as you provide some kind of grit
I have mine outside ASAP, usually by the time they are 2 weeks old, but sometimes straight from the feed store to the yard if the weather is good. They can get their grit from the dirt and their greens from the grass and weeds that way.
In the brooder I give them sand and small grit from my driveway. I give all my chicks grit, treats or not, and I hardly ever have any pasty butt. Dunno if it helps with that, or if it's just a coincidence, but it certainly doesn't hurt them.
