Got dizzy while sitting

I have had it happen a couple of times while I was out shopping. It is a first for being still. I am 36 so I feel I am pretty young still. I am a bit over weight but other than that, I am pretty active. I just thought it was wierd for it to happen while sitting. Maybe I will call and talk with the nurse. I just hate to go to the Dr., that is why I would see if anyone else had this happen and what you all thought.
