Got my 1st egg today !

Do you put them in the turner or hand turn ???

Well, I am in my first pea fowl incubation. My job has me traveling everyday so I had no choice but to put them in my turners. 2 weeks in, I have 10 of 12 eggs good.

By now I would have the incubator full with peafowl eggs. But I only have 6 the weather is really messing them up 90 one day the 60 and rainy the next. We are not going to hatch very many out this year just Spalding Pieds and Purple Pied White Eyes if anyone wants chicks I will hatch some out of the others if not I may sell eggs if they ever start to lay..........

We have Bronze, Spalding Purple, Spalding Pied White Eyed, Purple Pied White Eyed and Green Spalding (the only eggs NOT for sale are Spalding Pied White Eyed) we have sold all our other breeders went from 26 pens to 5 pens.

We are going to raising Exotic Hoofstock like Watusi, Zebu, Mouflon Sheep and maybe Blackbuck Antilope or Fallow Deer not forsure about the last two yet still doing reserch on them.

Got my 2nd egg today. Hope for at least 1 more before setting them.

Then I will collect again next week, so hatches will be a week apart, if all goes well.

I set 4 Pea eggs this evening. My friend has been saving them up for me so they're pretty old, but I'm hopeing they will still be good.

They're due 4/18 ( Wednesday, May, 18th. )
