Got My Babies!!!

My babies are here!!! Got my order from Ideal Poultry today. 9 partridge Silkies and they sent 13 parcking peanuts. They are as healthy as wild dogs. Ummm... they dont look like other chicks something is not right here.

What breed are these?

I got an email from Ideal saying mine shipped out tuesday and they are not here yet. I'm in the bay area (CA).
