I finally got my Red Dorking Bantams from Terry of SCBirdFarm......yeah!!!! But I think the roo may have injured his eye. What can I do for this besides rinse it out.

I would also just keep it clean, maybe give him and all the other new ones vitamins for a week. It could be something happened to him when he was young and it's going to stay this way - but the eye looks bright and healthy, the conjunctiva shouldn't be showing - but it's because the eye isn't quite as tight - not because the conjunctiva (third eyelid/tear duct area) is swollen.

However, of course, please do quarantine for 31 days - NO less. He could have had something and over come it, your birds could have had something you never even saw and over come it, and either could be carriers. Allow both your flock and these new beautiful birds the 31 days of quarantine for both their sakes, please.

31 days seems long, but treating a bird takes forever and the illnesses might never end - so in that respect 31 days is short.

Just so you know, sometimes this sort of eye "deformation" (for lack of a better word - that one really is too negative) occurs after a respiratory infection that involves eye swelling. I have a friend whose had a flock with eye issues and her birds had the same sort of sag, or what looks like a non-centered eye.

But if there was a respiratory disease, it doesn't appear to be there now. That's what quarantines are for, too - in case he's a carrier. All flocks have their histories.

that developed in my pullet i put terrimycin in once a day and in a few days it got better i doubt it is a birth defect

that is what some people say but in my case (which looked almost exactly like that) it appeared that something poked her eye what appeared to be a defect was the way she was squinting.
chickenzoo just put some terrimycin or tobramycin anything that is totally opthalmalic (spelling?) it should get better (at least mine did) good luck hope she makes a full recovery
