Well I had my first chicken crisses on tuesday when I got home from work! My hen(First time ever being a mom) had two babies hatched so far and still one to go but for some reason she decided it was time to leave the nest so one baby I found barley alive cold on the floor and the other one she was pecking on and it was trying to hid. So I took them in including the one egg that hadnt hatched yet. Well one didnt make it and the one in the egg did finally come out so I am just thankful I got two I was really bummed I lost one bc it was the only EE/Polish cross but it seemed it may have been trampled or injured.

Both these are Barred Rock/WCBluePolish Cross one seems to have blue coloring. I am definaly keeping these two!
