We got 2 pair of white call ducks about 3-4 weeks ago. About a week and a half ago one of the females started laying. She has a lovely nest in one of the large dog houses in their field. Just crossing our fingers she decides to hatch them herself!!! There are 7 eggs in there. We discared the first couple of eggs. You can hold onto them and if she starts to go broody you can put them under her. You have to be sure to turn them each day you are collecting them until you put them under her or in an incubator. I think I read on here you can hold them up to 10 days, I could be wrong, but I think that's what I read. Congratulations!
