Got my first weird egg

Strange... the exact same thing just happened to us last week. Since we're in the same general neighborhood, I wonder if it's related to the bizarre weather we've been having?

We've had 6 soft-shelled eggs - they're soft like jell-o, but dry on the outside - so I scrambled them up, ran them through the microwave, and fed them back to the hens.

I've added some yogurt and oyster shell to their treats and started getting hard shells again today.
