Got Spitzhauben eggs from ebay but they dont have crests (pic)

Opps forgot to post my question. Anyway I got these on ebay as eggs hatched them out now they are 3 weeks nice lil chickies but are the Appenzeller Spithaubens? They dont have any crests, nor have they spoke a word of German.

I have some Spitzhauben chicks that are 2 weeks old and one that is 3 weeks old. They look totally different that yours. At least one of yours, maybe two, have single combs and they should not.

Mine are also fluent in German and I caught one goose stepping. (JK!)

Gimme a minute and I'll post a pic or two.

Ok yes please post pics of your chicks. I messaged the seller on ebay asking what is going on with a link to this thread. Was it a mix up. something like that.

Hope this helps....I was thinking the chicks you hatched looked a little California Whites...but what do I know!

Thanks! ya i dont have those. my daughter looked on the net and said well they look like CA whites. I see also this seller has sold Delawares.
