It takes some TLC to get that perfect loaf of bread. You need the perfect yeast, perfect flour ect. Or that could greatly impact the end result. The first loaf of bread I made was as close to perfect as my bread could possible be. It rose well, tasted awesome. But every loaf I have made since has come out HORRIBLE. Not really sure what I am doing wrong though.
I love the smell of freshly baked bread. There's a factory that we have to pass on our way to the city, everyone rolls the windows down when we're driving through.
