That could be what he was talking about. You could contact the ZAA and see if they know more about what is going on, because they will get in there and fight the government for our rights. There website is http://zaa.org

If I remember right, New York has the same law with dog and cat breeding - you have to have a license.

I used to live in MS and we send 4 huge trucks of animals to their shelter for adoption - because they had none to adopt out because they are so strick with thier breeding and licensing.

Being a politician is the easiest job in the world! The hardest part of the job is campagning(sp?) to be elected.

Alot of these laws written now days are written in a "politically correct" way which then creates unintended consiquences.(sp?) I feel that politicians should cut the BS and write laws that a 6 year old could understand. I also think that to make a law they should have to get rid of two existing ones. In that scenario our law book would be reduced to a 5 page law booklet that even the lazy politicians who made it could read. And for the record the humane society is an animal activists group similar in ethics and practice to PETA as well as performing what duties they already did.

All i have to say about the actual law is gather as many people effected as possible and send them poloticians one big hate letter. (Without the hateful language of course.) If a politician realizes he has lost a large number of supporters he will inevitabely change his/her stance. A similar law was passed in california not long ago that in essence made all traditional large production poultry practices obsolite and illegal. The following action was to start awarness groups in midwest states in hopes to stop the said law from sprending. Since last i heard they have been succesful.

But it is expected with the BS we are fed daily be media, school, and the like. Most hace become so ignorant that they will belive anything. To change this ideaology people must be informed. If you ruly would like to help either join a regional co-op or your local FFA's chapter (yes, adults can join too as alumni). Once people are informed about the topic at hand they will be ble to give a reasonable responce and not just vote for the next doofus in lin.

That's my two cents.

Just another good reason to vote Srickland's *** out of Office !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Voters try to vote on a board to be made up of animal breeders, then this dumb *** . makes a deal, only worry about the big farms.

Should see how he is spending the tax's dollars. DHL move out of Wilmington, were 1/3 of the people here worked. We are getting all new curves and sidewalks........oh out of area workers doing all the work...NO JOBS HERE..but will have nice sidewalks for all the homeless.

Sick of all the tax and spend crap......now the goverment tryin to tell me what i can raise.

What next tell me i have to raise wheat on my land to feed all the free loaders..... don't mind helping the needed, but not alll the deadbeats.
