gqf 1588 wont return to factory settings...

I cant get my gqf 1588 to return to factory settings. Ive turned off all switches, turned on 2,4,6,8 let it blink and then turned off all and turned on 4 again just like it says but the light just blinks and wont get about 85°??? The only way it will heat is leave like the 5 or 6 toggle on and then it shoots up to about 102°? Any help here? thanks

If that isn't working to reset, think I would try calling customer service/ tech support before doing much more, especially if the incubator is still under warranty.

Ill give them a try Monday but Im afraid it will need replaced. Ive had it for almost 6 years..I thought something was going wrong when the temp started slowly dropping from its usual 99.7° ish' down to about 98.1° with no reason..I tried to turn it up with no help then when I tried to turn it back to factory settings it wouldent go back..
