im needing help from byc people on mygqf brooder , where should i measure the temp to get my 100 degrees. i used a digital temp gauge against the one that came with the unit that sticks thru the back wall. big difference in temps i fist measured just a head of the heaters about 102 verse the wall unit at about 90. then moved to center 98 to about 101,then to the cool end 86-87 there.im thinking get it right in the center then if they are cold the can move to warmer end and do the same if they are cold, also where should the feeders and. waters be set? im takind all measurments on the floor is that better than using the back wall placement. thanks for your comments.

There is a spot on the back of the brooder to hang the therm that came with the unit. GQF has instructions on there site. I have a gqf brooder and love it.
