Homemade ice cream used to be a southern tradition, I think?  I liked it plain, but my family always wanted to add fresh peaches..Personally I love peaches & ice cream….but not mixed together.

Have you ever had homemade ice cream?

Yup. It's the best! we ate it 3 or 4 times a week last summer. Homemade pumpkin pie is great too. we didn't get pumpkins planted this year, but that was fine since we ended up with like a dozen volunteer's.

It's even better with homemade whip cream.
