Greetings!! We last posted here about a year ago "Sick Toulouse Goose" and wanted to update how our girl Gracie is doing. She is 13 now and once again laying eggs. I think we are currently at 14 so far. Thanks to some wonderful folks here (Miss Lydia!) we were able to get through a rough time last year of not eating and weight loss. She is her complete self so far and is also eating only HER own food of lay mash, All Flock and cracked corn (with a little extra oyster shell added) and all the spring grass and weeds she can get her beak on.
Rght now we also have some Americauna eggs in the incubator as well as mottled black turkeys.

Just wanted to express our appreciation to the BYC staff and all of the caring folks here who seem to come to the rescue when they're most needed. I'm hoping we can do the same for someone here as well.

    Happy Spring!!
