one of my hens has had bumblefoot for several months and the treatment isnt working and now it looks like the foot is dying and she is walking on one foot. Is it too late for antibiotics or will i need to amputate/euthanize.

It looks like the toes are necrotic and dead, and that she has severe scaly leg mites. Her toes will come off on there own withing the next couple of weeks. I would soak her feet in warm Epsom salts water or Betadine and water, and then try to brush off the grey scaly material. Dry the legs, and then apply a thick coating of vaseline or other heavy oil or ointment. Vicks works too. Repeat this treatment twice a week until her scales grow back.
