You need some potassium for those cramps. Staying hydrated while you cook? Not good if the chef can't work. Hungry people don't like that.

then I would be afraid for me life. That flipping turkey had better be thawed. or its a hot/warm water back side flush

We fixed it all today. Well, still have the gravy to make, but all the drippings have been collected and separated. Neck meat from the stock is chopped and we are putting it in the gravy whether people like it or not! Cooks prerogative! It was great getting it all done. Much more relaxing. Between my bad back and hubs sore arm, we were struggling a bit, but tomorrow will be easy. Reheat then eat! Think this will be the new system from now on.

do you do your mashed taters with a hand held mixer ?? I find it easier and I get creamier taters that way. NO lumps save them for the gravy

sometimes but even that is better since I found "Wondra" which is super fine flour
