did you tell them? They would adjust what they use and how much. Cat neuters are super quick. Less than 10 minutes from knock out. Most of the time comes from cleaning the area.

I dropped Kiss off at the vet to get fixed. Now i am nervous. He has that respiratory issue.

I don't think they will proceed with the neuter if there is a risk that his condition will compromise his health.

He has no infection or cold, he just gets short of breath if he runs a lot.
