Going out for groceries... trying to decide what to cook over the holiday. One son wants ham and scalloped potatoes, the other doesn't like ham and wants beef roast with potatoes. Wonder if I could find a small one of each and have both. I want seafood cioppino (Italian fisherman's stew), but neither kid likes that. Lamb chops are also an option. Too many decisions and too much cooking!!! Hubs will eat anything as will my dad. You think everyone would be happy with sausage and eggs? cereal?
Spaghetti tonight, so everyone will be happy.

What about a very nice beef wellington? No one will refuse that!

You can change the filet minion with beef sirloin.

CDC has issued a health alert for the flu for 12 states so far. half a million people a yr die from the flu and the flu shot this yr. is 10% effective. This is according to channel 9 this am. GMA good morning America They said it is air born and can be spread 3-6ft just by someone talking. recommendations are get the shot , 10% is better then 0 and stay home.

Anyone out of sick time or small place of business where there may not be coverage to get the job done if you’re out for a day...

Or even a large place of business. Sometimes the guilt trips from taking a day...

I do not allow anyone to inject me with anything anymore. If the government says to take the flu shot I do the opposite. I would rather get the flu than process all the crap the put in the flu shot.

Mornings all, Tea sounds yummy Benny. No on the nap yesterday. Going out while you have the flu or any other respirator illness is a 2 way street. It might be that you have to or lose your job, ect.. But what about the elder woman your standing in line next to with COPD that will die ?

Benny, have you ever looked at what is put in childhood vaccines ? I dont know whats in the flu shot but I bet the apple dont fall far from the tree.
